OUR SERVICES

Reimagining
Margaret-Orthodox

Reimagining Margaret-Orthodox is the Frankford CDC’s five year development strategy. Grounded in community engagement and neighborhood planning (REIMAGINE), RMO aims to transform the Frankford Avenue Corridor area around Arrott, through improvements to vacant buildings and parcels and implementing facade improvements, and streetscape improvements (Reclaim). The Frankford CDC’s goal is to change people’s perception of the neighborhood, restore people’s sense of place and pride in Frankford (Rediscover) and spur further development and investment along the corridor.

Strategic
Planning

The Frankford CDC works closely with residents, business owners, and other community stakeholders through the Frankford NAC, the NAS Board, and the Frankford Economic Development Steering Committee to ensure that its organizational goals and projects fit the needs and of the Frankford Community.

FRANKFORD TRANSPORTATION CENTER TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT

The Frankford CDC is pursuing a transit-oriented development at the Frankford Transportation Center that will bring affordable housing and healthful food access to the neighborhood, and also catalyze further development down Frankford Avenue.
