Through its NAC program, Frankford CDC connects residents to housing resources and provides foreclosure prevention outreach; and as the registered community organization (RCO) for the neighborhood, Frankford NAC oversees zoning issues for the area.
Frankford CDC, through its Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) program, is committed to helping residents stay in their homes and provides a number of resources to that end. Additionally, the NAC program hosts quarterly Service Briefings on a variety of topics throughout the year to address challenges facing neighborhood residents.
The Frankford NAC is the registered community organization for much of the Frankford neighborhood, overseeing zoning and permit compliance issues in the area. Upon receiving a refusal letter from the ZBA, a zoning case is then referred to the neighborhood RCO. The Frankford NAC holds monthly zoning meetings in which the neighbors and zoning board vote on cases.
