Reimagining Bridge and Pratt
Reimagining Bridge and Pratt – As part of a public private partnership with Mosaic Development Partners and the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Frankford CDC has begun work on the large-scale transit oriented development project at the Frankford Transporation Center. This project, slated to be completed by 2025, will consist of a mixed-use development, anchored by a supermarket, municipal health center, and 134 units of affordable and market rate rental housing.
