  1. Self- Wellness

A mental wellness workshop that includes discussions on mental health and the stigma of talk therapy. This educational and rapport-building experience has led to increased awareness, better engagement, and new language around their mental health, feelings and emotions.

  1. Dealing with Grief

In this workshop participants will be given an opportunity to learn about the stages of grief and loss. Participants will use interactive frameworks that will allow participants to learn in a group environment. This workshop makes space for participants to reflect and understand how to be better equipped when managing the grieving process in their own lives.

  1. Self-Regulation

This workshop will help participants in identifying the importance of recognizing their own feelings and expressing their emotions in a healthier way. Participants will increase awareness of their internal states and learn tools to support their ability to manage it.

  1. Substance Use 

In this workshop participants will be given an opportunity to discuss how drugs have impacted their communities. Participants will engage with video content that will explore factors that may contribute to people struggling with substance use disorder. This workshop will allow participants to learn how they can practice harm reduction in their own lives.

  1. Healthy Social Media Use

This workshop explores teens' understanding of social media and helps identify healthy and unhealthy uses of social media. With this workshop teens can examine their own use of social media, how it can impact them.
