2025 proved to be a very productive year as we made strides in our efforts to increase the affordable housing supply and resources; create a welcoming and vibrant commercial corridor, improve and maintain public spaces; and improve outcomes around health and wellness. Highlights include completing over 1,000 applications for supportive housing services, 57 applications for small business supports and informational workshops, kicking off two new facade improvements, providing monthly services to clean and maintain over 60 vacant parcels, and increasing cleaning services to the Oxford Avenue corridor.
