Frankford CDC is redeveloping two vacant buildings at 4663 and 4665 Paul Street, to create eight (8) affordable rental units on the second and third floors and two (2) ground-floor commercial units. This redevelopment project is part of the Frankford CDC’s Reimagining Margaret-Orthodox neighborhood revitalization strategy for the Frankford Avenue commercial corridor around SEPTA’s Arrott Transportation Center. This project is made possible with funding from the Philadelphia Department of Commerce, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Authority, and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
