Church Street Transit Oriented Development

Frankford House is a 42-unit affordable senior housing community located at 1611-41 Ruan Street just one block off of the Frankford Avenue corridor.  This transit-oriented development was created through a joint venture with Wasserman Inc, and Telesis, Inc. In addition to adding 42 units of new affordable housing to the community, this project created several construction jobs, 3 permanent jobs for local residents, and an opportunity for a local artist to curate the art and murals for the interior decor.
